CareerPilot AI is owned and operated by Framesinmotion ("Framesinmotion", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use CareerPilot AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and, if you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind that organisation.

CareerPilot AI is an AI-assisted career preparation product for students and working professionals. It includes AI mentor chats, resume review with ATS-style scoring, difficulty-tiered mock interviews, personalised learning roadmaps, GitHub profile review, project suggestions, a human mentor directory with mentor requests and messaging, and a help desk assistant.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate any person or organisation;
• upload content you do not have the rights to, or infringe anyone's intellectual property;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning, circumventing usage limits or authentication, or scraping the Service;
• resell, redistribute or sublicense the Service, or reverse engineer any part of it;
• share accounts, or use automated means to generate AI actions beyond the limits of your plan.

You are responsible for the prompts, resumes and other content you submit, for confirming you have the rights to submit them, and for how you use any output. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. It is provided for general educational and preparation purposes only and is not professional career, legal, financial, tax or immigration advice. Always verify output before relying on it — including before sending a resume to an employer.

You must not use the AI features to produce illegal content, hate speech, harassment, malware, deceptive impersonation of another person, or to attempt to jailbreak or bypass safety controls.

We may moderate content: we can filter or refuse outputs, remove or restrict content, and suspend accounts that breach these Terms. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email support@careerpilotai.com and we will review it; repeat infringers have their accounts terminated.

The mentor directory lets you request guidance from independent human mentors. Mentors are not employees or agents of Framesinmotion, and mentor guidance is their own opinion. We do not guarantee that any mentor will accept your request, respond within a given time, or produce any particular outcome.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan. Framesinmotion retains all rights in the Service, including its software, models, prompts, design, documentation and branding.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process and transmit that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

CareerPilot AI offers a free 3-day trial with limited AI actions per day, and a paid plan, CareerPilot AI Pro, at ₹150 per month with a monthly allowance of AI actions. Current limits are shown on the pricing page and in Settings.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, currency, taxes, renewals, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings or via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and maintenance, third-party outages or model provider limits may cause temporary unavailability.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give notice first. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination, your licence ends; you may export your content beforehand, and remaining data is deleted or anonymised in line with our Privacy Notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant any placement, interview, offer, salary or other career outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 6 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, opportunity or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You will indemnify Framesinmotion against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and the "last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
