How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at support@careerpilotai.com with your account email or invoice number. Framesinmotion processes approved refunds through our payment processor, Razorpay.
Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and usually takes a few business days.
Free trial and cancellation
CareerPilot AI includes a 3-day free trial. You can cancel at any time from Settings or through the billing portal. When you cancel a paid subscription, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again.
